Discrete RMS Value (mask)

Computes the root mean square value of a periodic signal. The input signal is sampled with the sample time specified. The fundamental frequency f1 of the running window is calculated as

f1 = 1 / (sample timez number of samples)

The iniłial condiłion describes fhe input signal before simulation start. It can either be a scalar or a vector matching fhe number of samples.
