pSymmetrical PWM (3-Level) (mask)

Three-level PWM generator with two symmetrical triangular carriers. The input m is the modulation index with a rangę of [-1 1 ]. The switching function s outputs either 1,0 or ■1. If the input is a vector, the output is also a vector of the same width.
