PaintCal software is designed to expedite the process of developing new or revised paint formulations. It consists of 4 modules: CASSVB1, EVAPVB1, FLASHVB1, and S0LVB1. A brief description of the calculations performed by each of these modules is given in a pop-up box, which can be accessed by moving the mouse over the name of the module fsee belowl.

Ali of these calculations require entry by the user of the following: the number of volatile components in the coating, selection of the component names from a list and the weight percents of each.

This calculation requires entry of the measured Brookfield ^iscosity- RPM data pairs.
