Start the model construction from making the locomotive frame I.Reinforce part 1a with 0. 5 mm card, and glue to the bottom. On top of part 1b glue part 1c. Glue ready sockets to the places marked on part 1 .To the same part glue the battery covers 2R, 2L, and the floor 3.Form part 4 to obtain boxes, and glue them to part 1 a. From parts 5, 5a make the fuel tank, and glue itto part 1a. NOTĘ! Glue the fuel tank in such a manner to have part 5a on the right side of the locomotive frame. Assemble buffers (6,6a, 6b, 6) with the draw-bar 7, and glue the whole piece to part 1 .Glue the light bases 8 to the locomotive frame, and then mount them with lights 9 Start the bogie trucks construction from part 10. To make them morę flexible, cut off the coil springs and glue part 11 e instead. Then coverthe piece with part 11, and attach parts 11 and 12. From part 15 make the axle gearbox cover, to which glue the traction engines, madę up from parts 16, 16R, and 16L. Together with the wheels 17, a, b, c, mount part 14 on the axles, and fit the whole pieces on the bogie trucks. Make the sand boxes from parts 17g and 17h, and attach them to part 11.The axle-boxes bodies are formed form parts 18 and 18a. Finally, supply the bogies with parts 11 a, b, c, d, f.

To have the driver’s cab with all eguipment, start its

construction from making the internal walls 19.Attach the floor with parts 19a, b, c, d. To give it a morę realistic look, use some transparent plasticfilm (e.g. printing plastic sheets) to make window glass, and add part 20 outside. Supply the cab with its roof 21, 21 a, horns 21 b, and handrails 21 c. Fasten the whole unit to the floor.

Make the engine compartment from part 22. At front, glue frames 22a and 22b. To the framework glue part 22c. Doors 22d and plates 22e can be also glued. From the top glue the ventilator grille madę up from parts 23, a, b, c, cover24,24a, and chimney 26, a, b, c.

Assemble the radiator grilles from part 25. This part can be madę only out of parts 25R and 25L, or be morę flexible with parts 25a, b, c. To obtain that, cut out shutters in parts 25R and L, leaving a smali “window”. On top of part 25a glue part 25b at the bottom. They should cover each other’s grey fragments. Finally mount parts 25c and 25d, and glue the whole piece at the bottom of part 25.Glue ready parts to the places marked on part 22.Fasten the whole engine compartment to part 3.Glue parts 27R and 27L to the marked places. Finish the construction by adding handrails 28, 28R, 28L, 28b, 28c, Iadder28a, and steps 29.

Den Bau des Modells beginnen wir mit Formen und Kleben des Gestells Teil 1. Von unten kleben wirTeil 1a, unterklebt mit Karton Starkę 0,5mm. Dann kleben wir an Teil 1b Teil 1c. Fertige Elektrobiichsen kleben wir an markierter Stelle an Teil 1. Auch an diesen Teil kleben wir Batteriedeckel Teil 2P i 2L, und den FuBboden Teil 3. Aus Teil 4 formen wir Schachteln zusammen und bringen an Teil 1a an. Aus Teil 5 und 5a kleben wir den Kraftstoffbehalter zusammen, und bringen ihn an Teil 1a an. HINWEIS! Der Behalter ist so anzukleben, dass Teil 5a sich an der rechten Seite des Gestells befindet. Aus Teil 6, 6a, 6b, 6c kleben wir Puffer und bringen sie samt Zughaken Teil 7 an Teil 1 an. An das Gestell kleben wir die Scheinwerfer-Unterteile Teil 8, und stellen fertige Scheinwerfer Teil 9 darauf. Die Montage der Wagen beginnen wir mit Teil 10. Wenn wir sie plastischer gestalten wollen, schneiden wir Schraubenfeder ab, und an dereń Stelle kleben wir das Element 11e hinein. Dann uberkleben wir das Element von Teil 11, und bringen Teil 11 und 12an. Aus Teil 15 fuhren wir Abdeckungen von Achsengetrieben aus, an die wir Traktionsmotoren aus Teil 16,16P und 16Lankleben. Das Ganze setzen wir nebst Radern Teil 17, a, b, c auf Achsen Teil 14 und befestigen in Wagen. Aus Teil 17g und 17h fuhren wir den Sandkasten aus, und bringen sie an Teil 11 an. Die Kórper der Gleitachslager fuhren wir aus Teil 18 und 18a aus. Anschliefiend lassen sich die Wagen umdieTeile 11 a, b, c, d.ferganzen.

Sollten wir uns fur die Variante mit wiedergegebenen Inneren der Lokfuhrerkabine entschieden haben, beginnen wir die Montage mit Kleben der Innenwande Teil 19. An die Kabinę kleben wir den Fuflboden und Teil 19a, b, c, d. Dann unterkleben wir die Fenster mit transparentem Materiał (z.B. Folie fur Drucker), und bringen wir drauGen Teil 20 an. An das Hauschen kleben wir nun das Dach Teil 21,21 a die Luftpfeife Teil 21 b und die Gelander Teil 21 c an. Den fertigen Satz kleben wir an den Fuliboden.

Den Maschinenraum formen wir aus Teil 22. Von vorne kleben wir Spanten Teil 22a und 22b. An das so entstandene Gestell kleben wir Teil 22c. Man kann auch die Turen Teil 22d und die Schilder Teil 22e anbringen. Von oben kleben wir die Lufterabdeckung aus Teil 23, a, b, c, die Abdeckung Teil 24, 24a, und den Auspuffkamin Teil 26, a, b, c.

Aus Teil 25 formen wir die Kuhlerabdeckungen. Dieses Element lasst sich nur aus Teil 25P und 25L ausfuhren, oder mit Hilfe des Teils Teil 25a, b, c elastischer machen. Zu diesem Zweck sind im Teil 25P und L Jalousien auszuschneiden, wobei man ein „Fenster” offen lasst. Dann kleben wir an Teil 25a von unten Teil 25b. Sie mtissen sich einander mit grauen Fragmenten uberlappen. Anschlieliend kleben wirTeil 25c und 25d an, und das Ganze kleben wir von unten an Teil 25. Fertige Elemente bringen wir an markierter Stelle von Teil 22. Jetzt kleben wir den fertigen Maschinenraum an Teil 3. An markierten Stellen kleben wir noch Teil 27P und 27L. Anschlieftend bringen wir Gelander Teil 28,28P, 28L, 28b, 28c Leiter Teil 28a, und Eingangsstufen Teil 29 an.
