127-128 are collapsible and may be glued horizontally. Assemble ramp 132-146 according to Fig. 13 and glue on the Stern. The ramp may be glued horizontally (Fig. 13) or vertically (assembly draw-ing) - choose the configuration of pistons H in cylinders 146 according to the position of the ramp.
147-157 Mast and antennas. Assemble the parts according to Fig.
14.
158-161 Supports. Bend part 158 at two places and glue side walls 159. Place the supports according to the type of cargo. If you place on the ship the attached deckhouse, then place the supports according to Fig. 15, if you load the ship with bulk cargo (e.g. timber, aggregate or Stones) the supports should be placed according to the assembly drawing filling the gaps between supports folded in half and glued with parts 160, 161.
162 Railings. Fasten railings Z-AB along the edge ofthe main deck. Hcmg life buoys 162 on the railings (and self madę railings).
cargo and additional details deckhouse
Place the supports for transporting the deckhouse according to Fig.
15. Support the transported deckhouse with bars of 0,6 mm diam-eter glued to the upper surfaces of the supports. The bars should be long enough so that the deckhouse leans on all of them.
P1-P10 Walls. Assemble the parts according to Fig. 16. Glue the inside of railing Pil to wali PIO and glue the assembly to the deckhouse. Now glue parts PI2.
P11-P19 Stanchions of bridge wings. Glue according to Fig. 17. P21-P33 Platforms and wheelhouse. Assemble acc. to Fig. 17.
timber
For loading the timber place the supports along the sides and close the gaps between them by means of parts 160 and 161 (assembly drawing).
Pile the timber according to the picture on the cover back. The middle-size round timber should be 10 mm long, of 0,2 - 1 mm diameter. Logs of piled bulky timber should be 10-11 mm long, diameter from 0,6 up to 2,5-3 mm.
On the beginning and end of the deck the round timber and logs are laid along the deck, between them - crosswise.
transporters
Transporters are used for carrying very heavy loads. They drive under the load leaned on the supports, they slightly lift the load and in this position they leave the ship on the ramp.
T1-T6 Body (Fig. 18). Stiffen part Tl with 1 mm thick cardboard. Glue part T2 on the other side and wrap strips T3 around the side edges. Protruding parts of strips T3 should stand out on the side of part T2. Glue parts T4-T6.
T7-T10 Chassis (Fig. 19). Stiffen parts T7 with 0,5 mm thick cardboard, on both sides glue parts T8 and wheels T9-T10.
telescopic handler
The handler is used to move the supports on the deck. If not in use on the deck, it's kept in the garage (between walls 12).
Assemble the handler according to Fig. 20. Glue arm W7 part W9 folded in half and glue by means of this part to the body. In this way the arm may be lifted. Wire WA - folded or unfolded (the arm should be cut) may be glued inside the arm.
