11/16" (17 mm) hole slopes up 5 degrees

Ramp is sandwiched from three layers.

Cut the layers slightly oversize, then cut to finał size after gluing them together.

This notch gets cut when you drill the exit hole. You may have to tweak this notch with a knife after assembly.
