The European Language Certificates

Communication & Competence

The European Language Certificates are organised centrally by the WBT Further Education Test Systems (WBT Weiterbildungs - Testsysteme GmbH) and comprise a system of generał and vocationally oriented language certificates at four levels of the Council of Europe's Common European Framework. The English, German, French, Spanish, Russian TELC examinations and courses are organized (all levels: A1 (English stage 1), A2 (English stage 2), A2 + , B1-B2 (English for Business Purposes).
