White tissue paper White light Magnolia stamps Ink Pads
ProMark and Copic pens Wipers
The tissue is shiny on one side and the other is rough. Stamp on the rough side.
Color the stamped motifs with ProMar-kers and Copic pens. Tissue is so thin that the color penetrates through the paper. It is therefore worthwhile to put a cover paper under the motife when you add color.
Cut the motifs around the edges.Don't worry if there's white tissue paper around the edges. The white parts will not show on the finished candle.
