Today we talk to Alistair Standing. Alistair works in the city. He doesn't go Home at lunchtime, so how does he spend his time?

'Weil, I have an hour and I want to use that time. I do a lot of different things/ says Alistair. He certainly does! On Mondays Alistair goes for a walk or he has a swim. On Tuesdays he sometimes meets friends and they have lunch in a restaurant. On Wednesdays he goes to the gym. On Thursdays he sometimes listens to a lunchtime concert. On Fridays he goes shopping. On Sundays he watches football on TV and sleeps!
