REMOVAL

• Dismountthe engine. (CC7~3-2)

• Remove the cylinder and piston. (C/^4-3,4)

• Remove the crankcase cover and clutch. (CCr/^5-3)

• Remove the kick starter system. (cn7“6-3)

• Remove the exhaust valve governor assembly. (0^11-8)

• Removethe magneto cover. (£3^7-3)

• Remove the gearshift pedał, sprocket cover and sprocket ©. 09900-06107: Snap ring pliers

• Remove the gearshift shaft @ and washer.

• Remove the retainer ® and gearshift cam driven gear ®. .

NOTĘ:

Be carefui not to drop the pins and springs when ręmoying the

gearshift cam driven gear. \ \ \\ \ \ \

Remove the bolt and gearshift cafn piąte Remove the gearshift cam stopper bolt <§>, stopper ®, spring and washer.

Remove the gearshift arm stopper bolt

• Remove the magneto rotor and stator. (C/"7-3)

• Remove the clutch release camshaft. (0"5-4)
