The arm rests have been altered and also have an aper-ture which makes it easier to close the doors. A moulding has also been fitted to the arm rests.

The complete interior trim of the 1500 A Sedan and Variant 1500 has only been slightly altered.

In order to facilitate the operation of the heating. the slides for the front footwell heating of the 1600 TL and Variant models are now remote-controlled. With the aid of a knob on both sides underneath the instrument panel the slides can be operated separately and with ease.

The colors sea blue. ruby red and velvet green have been discontinued. For the 1600 models they have been repla-ced by VW blue, granada red and delta green. Pearl white, black, baltic blue. sea sand and safari beige remain unchanged.

Depending on the exterior finish selected, it is possible to supply 7 different combinations of the interior trim with new seat materials.

Depending on the exterior color the interior trim is supplied In 7 different combinations: with new single color seat upholstery, single-colored door and panel trim panels and with carpeting instead of rubber floor coverings.

There is a selection of interior trims for certain exterior colors. With cloth upholstery the trim is available in “pla-tinum, teak and azure". With leatherette seats the colors are "platinum. pigalle red. black and balearic blue".
