Then, I was given a steak which was tough and chewy. When I complamed. the waiter brought me another steak which was just as bad as the first one.

To make matters worse, when I finaily ordered dessert, the apple pie was stale and dry. The waiter cłaimed that it had been freshly madę that moming.

All in all, this was a completely disappointing experience. The food was unacceptable from a restaurant with your good reputation. I strongiy recommend you retrain your kitchen Staff in proper food preparation. I am expecting an apology and fuli refund.
