MW: Gym instructor. and you did a lot of stuff ui the pool but you can t swim ot you don t swim veiy well?
RA: I’m not a great swimmer. I bave a land of fear of water. which comes frorn something that happened when I was really a lad. I land of fell into a duck pond m my push chair so I just, for sonie reason havc a fear of water. but -

RA (laughing) But I. yeah, and when I land of saw that he was a swim-ming instructor. I sort of thought. well. okay. I’ve got to get over the fear and it nuned out that he was.. .what do they cali it when they land of teach pregnant women how. you know. aqua-aerobbicy thing?
MW: Okay. yeah. yeah. yes
RA So I went and did sonie research in a swlmmmg pool with Iots of pregnant women. which was a - (laughs)
MW: (laughing) I'11 bet you madę their day.
RA: Yeah. it was kind of entenauung and a. ..but I didn t actually get in the water.
MW: Did you not?
RA: No. no. I land of stood on the edge sort of. you know. stratting around.. .so didn t actually have to swim or dive. so that. that was a good thing.
MW: So. can. can you actually swim?
RA Yeah. I can swim. I m just not greał with. you know. really deep water
MW: Because you look. and I...obviously the girls know this. but you look super, super fit -
RA: Aw. cheers
