Making up the design

Thf. gard This card is shaped like a baby’s bib and was cut from a larger card. Trace off the bib outline, scribble over the back of the outline, then place the top of the bib on to the fold linę of the card and draw around the outer edge and the neck edge. Cut it out.

The QUILLED DESIGN Make up the flowers on the quilling board and then position each one on the card and glue it down. From strips of paper, make the stems extending from each flower towards the middle (use the pattern as a guide). Glue the V-shapes into place and then glue the loose-coil tendrils into place. Arrange the peg flowers along the top two stems on each side of the central flower and glue into place. Finally, if you are using them, glue the pearls to the centres of the large flowers.
