Step 1

CUT your stitching into a 14x14cm piece, so that the bottom stitched edge is just 2cm from the bottom of the fabric edge. Hem the top edge.

Step 2

CUT a piece of pattemed fabric to 16x19cm. Hem the top and sides. With right sides in. sew your stitching and fabric piece, so your stitching is lined up with the bottom of your fabric piece. Turn right side out and add a fabric covered button to finish.

Step 1

TO make your gift tag, start out by backing your stitching with Bondaweb. Trim into a rectangle, remove the paper backing and adhere to a piece of pattemed fabric.

Step 2

BACK your fabric with Bondaweb and cut out using pinking shears. Remove the paper backing and adhere to your gift tag using an iron. Finish by attaching buttons or embellishments.
