Rnd 1 (Right side): Ch 1. (sc in ring. ch 4) 6 times: join with slip st to first sc: 6 ch-4 sps.

Rnd 2: Slip st in first ch-4 sp. ch 1. (sc. hdc. ch 2. hdc. sc) in same sp and in each ch-4 sp around: join with slip st to first sc.

Rnd 3: Slip st in next hdc and in next ch 2 sp. ch 1. in same ch-2 sp work |2 sc. (ch 5. slip st in third ch from hook) 3 times. ch 2. 2 sc). ch 2. ★ 2 sc in next ch-2 sp, (ch 5, slip st in third ch from hook) 3 times. ch 2, 2 sc in same ch 2 sp. ch 2: repeat from ^{1 2} around: join with slip st to first sc. finish off.
