When any two rings in this project are joined, try to place the TRILLIUM picots (°°^D) on both sides of a joining as close as possible to each other, make surę that two ‘up’ beads are on the same side in every °°° (see comments at the bottom of pl 1).

Pattern:

Use shuttle A for ring 1:

1)    R: 10 - 10//

2)    SR: 2°°°2°°°2 - 2⁰°°2 ~ 2°° 2°°°2 - 2°°°2/ After you close SR2, bend it over, and lock join it to picot of R1 to make a ‘sleeve’ (see p24 about ‘sleeves’).

Use shuttle A for rings 3 and 4:

3)    R: 2°°°2 +*2 °°°2°°°2 °°° 2 - 2 ®° 2/

*join to the upper part of SR2.

4)    R: 2 °° 2 + (to R 3) 2 °° 2 °°°2 °*2 - 2 °°°2/

Use shuttle B for ring 5:

5)    R: 2°°2 +*2⁰°2⁰°⁰2°°2 - 2°°2/

^join to the lower part of SR2.

6)    SR: 2°°°2 + (toR4) 2°«>⁰2 - 2⁰»°2 ~

~2 °°° 2 - 2 °°° 2 + (to R 5) 2 °°° 21

Use shuttle A for rings 7 Sc 8:

7)    R: 2 °°° 2 +* 2 °°° 2 °°° 2 °°° 2 - 2 °°° 21

*join to the upper part of SR6.

8)    R: 2°°°2 + (to R 7) 2°° 2⁰°°2 °°2 - 2 °°°2/

Use shuttle B for ring 9:

9)    R: 2 °° 2 +*2 °°° 2 ⁰°° 2 °°^a 2 - 2 °°° 2/

*join to the lower part of SR6.
