The testicular hormones anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH), testosterone and 5a-dihydrotestosterone (DHT) then establish somatic gender by inducing atrophy of the Mullerian duet and differentiation of the Wolffian duet, urogenital sinus and external genitalia to the małe phenotype.
