How to keep AVCS ENCs up-to-date using Planning Station

AVCS ENC updates can be requested and received using Planning Station.

If you have missing updates for your AVCS ENCs and would like to update them, select the ENCs you wish to update, Click Get Update*.

A pop up order sheet will appear.

Click ‘Submit order*. For fulfilment of this order please see section Fulfilment of Digital Chart Updates.

Please Notę: If your AVCS licence is due to expire you will need to use the ‘re-order* function. The column ‘Product expiry* will contain the datę your licence is va!id to. If your licence has expired this datę will be shaded in red, if you are within a month of expiry this datę will be shaded amber and if you have ordered a new licence and are awaiting fulfilment of this order this datę will be shaded in green. There will be no shading if you have 2-10 months left on your licence.
