5 If you are set to receive product updates, the lirst pop-up Window will be the AVCS installation box whlch installs the received updates onto your Plannlng Statlon. Cllck 'OK'

6. The second pop-up Window opens the ‘Apply updates’ pop-up Window which enables you to create an exchange set to transfer to your front of bridge ECDIS. If you wish to create this exchange set now, choose ‘Copy to memory stick/Burn CD’ and click ‘Apply’.

7.    This file can now be taken to your front of bridge ECDIS.

8.    Once you have updated your ECDIS, you need to update your Planning Station. In the Maintain Holdings Screen, seiect AVCS from the products seiection display, click on the Holdings Tab. change the fiłter to ‘Action Now'. This will bring up a list of all charts that were missing updates in the ECDIS. Now that you have updated the ECDIS, these can be changed to ‘Up-to-date’ by selecting the charts and right clicking in the update status column, seiect: Set update status > Up-to-date

9. The third pop-up Window details the AVCS updates that have occurred that week.
