Instructions and advices about the assemblage of the model of piane Jak-1B

The model is for well - experienced model builders.

You should begin with the gluing of ribs and wing spars (sheet d-1) on a cardboard in the thickness 1mm.

Carriage assemblage is copied strictly (sheet d-5). For design reinforcing the wire in diameter 0.8-0.9mm is used (the author used the big paper elips). The wire is cut according to the sizes specified on the drawing of a carriage and pasted over with paper tubes from details (sheet d-4); shaped details are used for connection of tubes. In the simplified variant the template drawing is pasted on sheet of a cardboard by thickness of 1.5 mm, is cut out and interconnected in a carriage. When wir assemble the carriage you should follow by the scheme on sheet c-1.

The following stage - wir assemble the cabin; it should be done with assemblage of the dash fascia, then wir assemble and mount an armchair of the pilot with fastened belts, tunnels of a floor, control pedals, onboard control boards, the control knob, the radio station and the radio receiver. The engine is assembled in accordance with the scheme of the assemblage.

After the engine installation make a covering of a fuselage and installation of taił unit.

The following stage - wir assemble the wings. Thus it is necessary to pay special attention on ribs and wing spars that in both parts of a wing they will have the identical size. Also you should accurately assemble the landing gear wells. Now we connect a fuselage and a wing and establish the landing gear with wheels and a rear wheel. We establish glazing posts cockpit and we do glazing. The glazing carriages can be madę of an aluminum or tin foil in the thickness 0,15mm. We put the quiff and the screw.

Look round attentively: if there are not details, the piane model is ready.
