Light spread of organc non-fat cream cheese

2    oz. of nitrate-free tox

Toast the bagel. then add a light spread of organie non-fat cream cheese on top {Horizon Organie isagood brand to choose) and top with the sliced lox.

Baked Sweet Potato and Sausage

Yi sweet potato, smali

1 chicken orturkey sausage (preferably organie orTraderJoes brand)

While the sweet potato is baking, cook the chicken orturkey sausage in a skillet. Let the sweet potato cool down for a few minutes. Slice the sausage into rounds and serv© hot next to the sweet potato.

Cheerios with Banana or Berries

1 cup of Cheerios

cup of So Delieious coconut milk beverage Yi banana, slced or Yz cup of mixed berries

Pourcoconut milk into a bowl filled with Cheerios. Top with yourchoice of banana or berries.
