Outcome: The goal of the course is to learn optical measurement methods and laser technologies for industrial applications. The students will refresh and extend the knowledge of applied physics concerning optics and laser. Based on the above different optical instruments will be explored and laser applications for materiał Processing in macro or micro scalę.

Contents: Basic optical principles concerning light modelling, mirrors and lenses, aberrations, lens design. Light sources and detectors for UV/VIS/NIR imaging e.
