5. OCENA FINANSOWA PROJEKTÓW INWESTYCYJNYCH PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWA
Decyzje inwestycyjne są podstawowym czynnikiem determinującym rozwój przedsiębiorstwa i kształtującym jego długookresową efekty-wność. Trafność decyzji inwestycyjnych wymaga oceny opłacalności podejmowanych przedsięwzięć i ich selekcji w oparciu o rachunek efektywności. W pierwszej kolejności przedstawiono statyczne i dynami-czne metody oceny inwestycji rzeczowych. Następnie zaprezentowano podstawowe zasady opłacalności inwestycji w akcje i obligacje.

The first presents the static and dynamie methods of evaluation assessment investments. Then presents the basie principles of cost-effectiveness of investments in stocks and bonds.
