Abstract
In project control precision it is very important in determining the planned and the actual cost of the various activities carried out within the project. For this reason, it is important to take under consideration time driven activity based costing, which allows to identify and valued of the undertaken activities in the enterprise. TD ABC provides relevant information about the costs of operations and profitability of products in a quick way and does not reąuire large financial outlays. Estimating the execution time of each action performed within the process can adapt the TD ABC in the methodology of project management. Assessment of futurę costs of the project is very important for the management of mining company, therefore it seems useful to further develop methods of planning and project management based on TD ABC.
