Main technique process
- The dehumidified-and-dried materials are sucked in vacuum hopper through vacuum feeding machinę
- Injection station: Injection core opening and closing mold ofdie lip driven by the hydraulic system, heating materiał by injection device, plastic mixing ofthe raw materiaI by the special screw, then the mixed materiał injected in mold under high pressure and molded
- Temperaturę regulating station: Temperaturę of molded preform regulated by temperature-regulating core and temperature-regulating tank in this station to meeting differing blowing requirements
- Stretching blowing station: Preform, of which the temperaturę has been regulated, is stretched longitudinaiiy by stretching rod and then stretched lateraiiy (blowing) by purified dry air of high pressure. and finally forms the product
- Products ejection station: Automatic ejection of molded Products
- Disc rotating: Injection station, temperature-regulating station, stretching blowing station, products ejection station, these four sfafjons. working simuitaneously, switching in tum through the rotating of the disc clearance of 90 °
