Subject: Video - Conferendng

As you all know our company lias faced financial problems recently.All efforts Iiave been madę to reduce operational costs and make savings. The amount of money that we spend on Staff trawels has been also verified.

I have been asked by Ms. Shahin Rizva onr Finace Manager to inform you abut the changes in company’s Staff travel policy. In order to reduce costs and number of travels the company is cosidering wide use of video-eonferencing. This new technology is vey cheap and confortable. We will have the acces to the modem video-conference studio, that will provide us communication with our clients all over the world. The studio is fully operational 24 hours a day, so you will be able to use it every time you need The picture and sound is transmitted instantaneously in ISDN2 standard, confereces can be recorded and on-line translated.
