Electronic business philosophy is used in PUMA company to lower the cost of operations and to increase efficiency. The main component of company’s e-business infrastructure is the Enterprise Resource Planning system.The ERP system is build around central database system contaimng all the infomiation relevant to company’s operations. ERP has modular design. Each department has it’s own specialized version of application used to access data and communicate with other departments using internet and VPN network.
