§7 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANIZER §7.1 INTERNSHIP

1.    The Organizer is obliged to provide a paid internship for the winners lasting six (6) months.

2.    The employer will be HP Global Business Center Sp. z o. o. Work will take place in HP Global Business Center Sp z o. o.: Dominikański Building A, ul. Ks. Piotra Skargi 1,50-082 Wrocław.

3.    The start datę of the internship will be no laterthan 11 April 2016, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

4.    The length of the internship may not be shorterthan six (6) months.

5.    The prize is a paid internship on a part-time work contract.

6.    The intern’s work will be set by HP Global Business Center. The following positions are available: Marketing Project Lead, Graphic Designer or Web Developer, depending on the skills and interests of the candidates.

7.    The liability that the Organizer can incur in connection with the Competition is strictly limited to actual loss and sums to 10 000 PLN.

§7.2 REMUNERATION

1.    The Organizers are obliged to provide an internship for the winners. The above will be affirmed in separate contracts.

2.    Winners, in addition to the paid internships, receive the following benefits:

a.    Multisport card (additional fee)

b.    Private medical care in LuxMed (additional fee)

c.    Life insurance (additional fee)

d.    Social Fund - help in difficult life situations

e.    Coffee, tea, sandwiches and fruit

f.    A modem Office in the center of the city

g.    Work-life balance

§8 PERSONAL DATA

1. The data administrator is the Organizer.
