7. In order to take part in the Competition, the Participant is obliged to submit his/her Film via the form found on the website www.hpe.com/pl/the-interns. The deadline for submission is 6 March 2016.
8. The Participant is obliged to name the Film with his/her name and surname.
9. Submission to the contest constitutes unconditional acceptance of the Rules and consent to present, storę and distribute the work in the form and manner chosen by the Organizer.
1. The Film may be madę using any electronic device that registers digital images and sound.
2. The Film may be submitted until 6 March 2016, exclusively via the website www.hpe.com/pl/the-interns.
3. The Film may not last longer than 2 (two) minutes.
4. The file must be in an expanded format: ,mp4 (h264), ,avi or ,wmv.
5. The Film may not be larger than 50MB (fifty megabytes).
6. Dialogue and written text in the film must be in English.
7. The film should introduce the candidate (an “interactive” CV) and put forth the candidate's vision of marketing in the year 2020.
1. Participants in the Competition, when submitting a film, affirm that they possess unilateral copyrights to the film, have not violated copyright law or other laws and rights protecting third parties, and that the film is the independent work of the Participant.
2. The Organizer does not bear any responsibility for any violation of copyright occurring in films submitted to the Competition.
3. The Participant bears fuli responsibility for any claims regarding violation of copyright in the production and submission of the Film to the Competition.
4. Participants whose work is chosen in the first stage are required to transfer all copyright to HPE, without remuneration and with no time or geographical limits, in the following areas:
• Public availability at a scalę and in a form defined by the Organizer
• Public presentation, display, broadcasting and rebroad ca Sting, and sharing of the work in such a way that individuals may access it in a time and place chosen by them
