Foster Social Inclusion is a project implemented with funding from EU Erasmus+ Strategie Partnership Programme.
It is a two-year project that started in October 2019 and finishes in September 2021. The partnership spans across Europę from the south, through the centre to the east and north of the continent. This provides a unique opportunity for mutual learning, sharing of good practices and networking.
The project is built to support, address diversity and promote, through best practices, the social inclusion of persons at risk of social exclusion such as migrants, refugees, health-related conditions, low-skilled and low-qualified, female and gender-related discrimination.
