CREATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL PARK IN MYKOLAIY

Short summary of the project	Creation of the industrial park to attract investments into the city economy, industrial development, the involvement of scientific potential for the production of innovative products, effective usage of the industrial area of Mykolaiv city, creation of favorable investment climate, formation of the effective demand satisfaction mechanisms of the investors for the area elements, which are prepared for the placing objects of innovation sphere, industry, logistics and the attendant services, improvement of the life quality.
Expected results	Reduction of unemployment and improvement of the life ąuality, the effective demand satisfaction of the investors, effective usage of the industrial area of the city, satisfaction of the markets by domestic competitive production, creation of new production capacities based on the innovative technologies with a high level of competitiveness.
Key project events	Searching for the investors; provision of the gas supply network, including the sub-point connections; provision of the water supply network, including the sub-point connections; provision of the electricity network, including a transformer substation; provision of the sewerage network, including the sub-point connections; provision of the surface run-off bend, including the sub-point connections. The readiness of the investment project is in the level of the business plan.
