Abstract
The pridng real estate is based on the analysis of dependences happening among the gathering the guild of describing real estate in the multidimensional space, and with their prices. The use of methods of the statistical analysis of the market seems to be as with the most proper method of ąualifying of the value real estate, in the case of the large and from the local property market. In the artide one described methods of graduating of qualitative features. One proposed several simple, in respect of the analytic form, models liable to underlie to the ąualification of the value real estate with the method of the statistical analysis of the market.
