By using the most modern Computer Systems and software we are able to process customer orders quickly and efficiently. At the same time we can provide accurate information on delivery dates and stock availability so that our customers can plan their business actmties. These Systems also allow us to manage our production morę effectively by using materials, resources and scheduling to the optimum degree.

60' s Portugal
... A Country on the outskirts of Europę
Almost half a century ago Thorbjórnsen family, company founder, realised a need for electrical materiał in Portugal.
In the 60' s JSL produced electrical materiał at a smali scalę, particularly plugs for domestic use and lighting materiał.
At the end of this decade was built the first plant and in the 70' s new products lines were specifically designed for electrical installation. Its market covered the ft>rtuguese Continent and its ex-Portuguese Colonies in Africa. By the 80' s it had become apparent that a major new market was emerging with the European Union. Therefore, a new plant, new product lines, and a new strategy was devised to reach these new markets.
In the 21 st. Century JSL is represented in morę that 50 countries and its main product ranges are:
