(c) That the Cochin Port Trust agreement referred to in Section 8.01 (c) of this Agreement has been duły authorized or ratified by, and executed and delivered on behalf of the Cochin Port Trust, and constitute a valid and binding obligation of the Cochin Port Trust in accordance with its terms, and that the Cochin Port Trust has the power and is the proper entity to carry out such obligations.

Section 8.03. The datę November 2, 1971, is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 10.04 of the General Conditions.

Representative of the Borrower; Addresses

Section 9.01. Any Secretary, Additional Secretary or Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance or a Director of the Department of Economic Aflfairs in the Ministry of Finance is designated as representative of the Borrower for the purposes of Section 9.03 of the General Conditions.
