Visit to the Laboratory for Hydraulic Research and Soil Mechanics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Gloriastrasse 39, Zurich 7.

Trams Nos. 5 and 6 to Voltastrasse (see Fig. I).

For the purpose of visiting the Laboratory during the Con-ference the Conference Members will be dividcd into 3 groups. Group 1 is especially for the Members who have arrived at Zurich before the opening session.

Reception for all Conference participants in the Foyer of the Kongresshaus givcn by the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects. Entrance Claridenstrasse. Members and accom-panying gucsts are requested to attend.
