The guests of honour will be recognizable by a white ribbon. Members of the Swiss Organizing Committee will be recognizable by a red and white ribbon, theladiesand gentlemen of the Sub-committee for Zurich wiU wear a blue and white ribbon, those of the Sub-committee for Lausanne a green and white ribbon.

A temporary exchange office of the Credit Suisse will be located in the Kongresshaus and will make arrangements for payments which have not been efTected through Wagons-Lits/Cook.

Conference office

The Conference office (the Kongresshaus Zurich, cntrance Claridenstrasse) will be open daily from 08.30-12.15 and 13.30-18.30 bctween 14th and 21st August 1953. Members should collcct documcnts, from thc Conference office on arrival at Zurich.

Post and postał address

A branch of the Conference’ official travel agency Wagons-Lits/Cook will be opened in the Kongresshaus.

Information Desk

There will be an information desk in the hall of the Kongresshaus, where all information will be available.

Distribution of mail and other documents

There will be a pigeon-hole at the information desk in the Kongresshaus for cvcry Conference Mcmbcr, in which all papers addressed to him will be placcd. Mail will be delivered to Members upon presentation of their membership cards.

Photographs of the Conference

A photographer will be in continuous attendance. Pictures of particular events or of Members taken by this photographer will be displayed near the information desk, where orders can be placed. Photographs will be delivered the following day. The representative will also accept orders for special photographs to be taken.

Les hótes d’honneur sont reconnaissables par un ruban blanc. Les insignes avec ruban rouge et blanc indiquent les membres du Comite suisse d’organisation; les membres du Comite des dames et les membres du Sous-comite de Zurich portent un ruban bleu et blanc et les membres du Sous-comite de Lausanne, un ruban vert et blanc.

Un bureau de renseignements, dans le hall du Kongresshaus, est a la disposition des Congressistes.

Photos

Un photographe se tiendra a la disposition des Congressistes. Toutes les photos prises au cours de la journee seront affichćes pres du Bureau de renseignements ou les participants pourront en commander des copies qui leur seront livrees le lendemain. Photos sur demande.

Distribution du courrier et autres documents

Un casier postał est attribue a chaque Congressiste au bureau de renseignements; il y trouvera ses lettres et les documents qui lui sont destines. Le courrier sera delivrć sur presentation de la carte de Congressiste.
