The gulf which divides the Soviets from their Western neighbours has its rocts in the profound diffe-rence in ideas between the Eolshevist doctrine and the Western European culture based on Christian ethics and love of individual and social freedom. No treaty or agreement can change this undeniaole fact, as long as the the present state of the U.S.S.R. remains unchanged.
