Comite executif
Le Comite Executif se reunit trois fois sous la Presidence du Prof. A. W. Skempton, F.R.S. Chaąue Comite National etait represente par deux delegues (voir listę des representants, volume lir, page 7).
Au cours de ces trois seances (dont les Comptes Rendus sont donnes in extenso volume III, page 55) le Comite Executif, aprćs avoir admis le Venezuela comme Etat Membre :
— Examina les rapports des trois sous-Comites (Clas-sification of Geotechnical Literaturę, Notations and Symbols, Methods of Static and Dynamie Penetration Tests);
— En ce qui concerne la ąuestion des langues officielles pour les futurs Congres, il fut recommande que les resumes
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee met three times under the chairmanship of Professor A. W. Skempton, F.R.S. Each National Committee was represented by two delegates (for the list of representatives see Volume III, page 7).
In the course of the three meetings (the complete reports of which are given in Volume III, page 55), the Exccutive Committee, after having admitted Venezuela as a member country :
— Examined the reports of three sub-committees (Classif-ication of Geotechnical Literaturę, Notations and Symbols, Methods of Static and Dynamie Penetration Tests) ;
