From the above madę analysis of the issue in the field of heat treatment of concrete Products, using helio thermal treatment, it was found that the possibility of the use of energy-accumulating translucent coatings for thermal treatment of slag-alkali concrete, the effectiveness of which in road construction is undeniable, has not yet been considered or researched. The poor State of roads in all regions of the country is known. No basie repair of complete roadway coverings by qualitative roadbed has been carried out. Basically road menders do the so called "patching" of roads, service length of which should be much higher. Therefore, the use of slag-alkali concrete, especially in the Southern regions of the country, for the manufacture of road slabs is actual. As the composition of slag-alkali concrete by 50 % consists of wastes of various Chemical productions simultaneously with the economic problems the environmental problems are solved, which is eąually important and timely.
