Abstract

The opinions of the algorithms of the pridng of immobility in the comparative approach were introduced in the article. Indispensable examples were passed on the ąualification of the value of immobility in the comparative approach. The analysis of proposed algorithms was conducted. Weak sides of these algorithms were shown and some new the approaches of their fragments were proposed. The value of immobility was ąualified in the practical part for the chosen fragment of the market of immobility with the proposed utilization Solutions.
