Motiyation is the driving force behind human behavior and actions. It is an indispensable and one of the most important factors of growth efficiency so it is important to identify it can influence workers’ motiyation. The paper presents theories of motiyation and the financial and non-financial motivations to work. They are necessary to construct the optimal bonus system affecting the increase in productivity and improve the ąuality of their work.
