Locking of screws according to instruction M000416.

Bearing installation to shaft:
- Temperature difference when assembled 80 . . . 100 C
- Bearing max. temperature 120 C

Wheel (item 2) installation to shaft:
- Temperature difference when assembled 125 C
- Wheel max. temperature 180 C
- Max. axial runout of the wheel back face nearest to outer edge
is 0,03 mm (measured when the wheel has cooled down)
- If necessary, to be adjusted by pumping oil to the joint

Gear coupling hub (item 4) joint
pull-up 5,0 ... 5,2 mm.

Adjustment of pre-tensioning of tapered roller bearings (items 6 and 7):
- Pre-tensioning is adjusted by pumping oil to bearing (item 7) inner ring
joint to release it and tightening the locknut (item 8) to 148 Nm torque.
- Bearings must be rotated at least 15 turns to both directions
during adjustment for correct positioning of rollers.
- NOTE. Pre-tensioned bearings are loaded during adjustment and
there after, so bearings must be lubricated.
