Why is sleep so important? Weil, sleep repairs desease-fighting cells in your body. Your dreams help your brain to sort out all the information that it has learnt during the day. Also, during sleep, hormones that are important for growth are active. If you don't get enough sleep, you can feel angry or depressed. A sleepy student is less likely to concentrate and do well at school. Typically, young people prefer to go to bed and get up later. Unfortunately, school timetables mean that you have to get up at 6 or 7 for your first lesson. Some schools in America are experimenting with a new system that is better for teenagers. Edina High School in Minnesota changed its start time from 7.25 to 8.30 am. The results so far are good. School grades and students' attendance have both improved.

Hello, my name is Stella. I've been singing for as long as I can remember. My mum has always been telling me I have a very good voice.
