1. Cel projektu
Celem projektu jest:
- analiza kosztów przewozów towarów na trasach międzynarodowych;
- sporządzenie harmonogramu pracy kierowców i harmonogramu czynności
obsługowych;
- określenie maksymalnej przepustowości tras (ilość kursów na miesiąc).
2. Założenia projektu.
Zakładamy, iż:
- kupujemy 4 zestawy używane, o ładowności 44 tony oraz 1 zestaw nowy,
również o ładowności 44 tony;
- mamy do dyspozycji 1,5 miliona złotych;
- posiadamy stałe zlecenie na przewóz bel papieru z Fabryki Papieru
Piechowice do Lizbony, Zürichu, Verony oraz Pragi;
- poświęcamy 10 godzin na postój w miejscu docelowym;
- każdy kierowca jest przypisany do pojazdu;
- pojazd numer 5 jest wzięty w leasing;
- harmonogram czynności obsługowych pojazdów obejmuje: wymianę oleju co
30 000 km, wymianę klocków hamulcowych co 60 tysięcy km, wymianę
filtrów i opon 2 razy w roku, przegląd raz w roku, wymianę żarówek, lusterek
oraz wycieraczek raz w roku;
- pojazd może w drodze powrotnej podjąć ładunek.

5. Harmonogram pracy kierowców oraz harmonogram obsługi
technicznej.
Założenia:
– do każdego pojazdu przypisanych jest dwóch kierowców;
– w okresie od 24 grudnia do 2 stycznia wszyscy kierowcy mają przerwę
świąteczna, w okresie której pojazdy przechodzą doroczny przegląd;
– maksymalny czas pracy kierowcy wynosi 90 godzin na dwa tygodnie;
– po przyjeździe do celu kierowcą przysługuje 10 godzinny odpoczynek;
– po przepracowaniu przez kierowców łącznie 18 godzin przysługuje im 9
godzin odpoczynku;
– Przy trasie do Lizbony dodatkowo w Lizbonie podmieniamy kierowców na
inną parę, a para pierwsza zostaje w Lizbonie.

Kierowca 11 – awaryjny
Kierowca ten przypisany jest do pojazdu numer 5. Zastępuje on pozostałych
kierowców w czasie kiedy oni mają urlop oraz w nagłych wypadkach. Dodatkowo
pozostaje zatrudniony na etacie w bazie jako obsługa techniczna. Pracuje on w
stałych godzinach pracy od poniedziałku do czwartku od 8:00 do 14:00 oraz
dodatkowo jest ściągany do pracy w nagłych wypadkach.
6. Koszty całkowite prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej.
