GRAPHICAL AND TEXT DESIGNATION OF FLOOR
LEVEL
On floor plans and sections following floors levels must be
marked. Their values are expressed in meters. Reference level is
0,00 and that is usually ground floor level. Text information about
0,00 level should be extended with its value over sea level.

DIMENSIONING.
Following dimensions should be placed on continuous
dimension line, if it’s possible. It helps to show location of building
elements in regard to one another. Single dimension without
connection with other elements is practically useless.
Order of dimensioning:
- External dimensions,
- Internal dimensions,
- To check if all necessary dimensions are on the drawing and to
complete them.
- EXTERNAL (OUTSIDE), dimensioning of every
wall, following dimension lines in given order!
-
INTERNAL (INSIDE), if it’s possible dimensions
should be placed on lines along (next to) the
walls.
