A great deal of research and experimentation has been completed to successfully build the HydroSaver and make it the most efficient unit available. Here are some examples of the success of HHO on vehicles that we have seen first hand!
97' GMC Sierra with 6" lift kit and over-sized off road tires, used to get 10 mpg/city 12 mpg/highway. After installing this system it now gets 14 mpg/city 17 mpg/highway!!! That's over a 40% increase!!!
04 Dodge Intrepid: Originally 28 mpg on the highway, after installation it now gets 36 highway mpg! That's a 28.5% increase!!!

Most HHO generators use metal that is dunked in a mix of water and electrolyte that we call hydroxy. This set-up works but is not the most efficient way to build an HHO generator. To make HHO water must be subjected to electrolysis which splits water into its elements which is Hydrogen Hydrogen Oxygen. The process of electrolysis naturally creates heat due to current leakage between the positively and negatively charged metals. By dunking the generator in water the differently charged metals have easy access to each other through the hydroxy. A dry cell cuts off this easy access by not allowing the hydroxy to touch the edges of the metal plates which is where a great deal of the leakage occurs and by using neutral plates between the positive and negative plates. Cutting off this easy access helps the generator to create more HHO and less heat and since less heat is being created, and heat is just wasted energy, it either takes fewer amperes to run the system or with the same amps you can create more HHO.
2 - 6x6x½” Plexiglas Plates with 16,000 psi flexural strength and a maximum continuous operating temperature rating of 180 to 200 degrees. The entire unit measures 6x6x4.25.
16 - 316L Stainless Steel Plates measuring 4x4 inches provide abundant surface area to create 1-2.5+ LMP of HHO depending on hydroxy mix concentration. The plates have been cleaned with steel wool to ensure the surface is free of contaminates. 316L stainless steel is made to last for long periods in caustic environments and will provide great production of HHO for many years. The cell set-up is -nnnn+nnnn-nnnn+.
1/16” Gasket Material made for automotive use separates each plate of stainless steel and ensures that the unit is water tight.
5/16” Bolts with nuts and washers on each side hold everything together tightly and lock washers on one side make sure nothing works itself loose.
3/8” PVC connection elbows provide ample flow on the inlet and outlet sides of the HydroSaver.
1.5 Quart bubbler/reservoir serves triple duty. First the bubbler performs a scrubbing action to the HHO before it is suctioned into your vehicles air intake system and removes steam and any extra moisture. Second it closes the loop between the HydroSavers inlet and outlet connection which causes the hydroxy mix to circulate through the HydroSaver, up into the reservoir and back down into the HydroSaver. By keeping the hydroxy mix moving it helps keep the HydroSaver at a more optimal operating temperature than a closed system. Third it is compact in size to fit in smaller engine compartments but it holds plenty of hydroxy mix which makes it possible to go weeks and even months without having to refill the reservoir with hydroxy mix. The reservoir also comes with mounting material and can be used sideways (as pictured) or long ways.
6” Flashback arrestor filled with fine bronze wool and fitted with 3/8 metal tips keep any flames or sparks from reaching your system and causing damage.
30 Amp relay protects your vehicles electrical system by pulling current straight from your battery rather than an electrical line that may not be able to handle the load.
10 feet of 7/16” tubing provides sufficient flow and of hydroxy mix and HHO to ensure the most amount of HHO production possible.
8 Weather Seal terminal connections are used to connect electrical wiring to the relay, battery, and HydroSaver. Weather seal connectors can be crimped to the wiring and then shrunk to with a heat gun for an airtight seal against corrosion and moisture.
10' of 10 gauge wire in red and 10' of 16 gauge wire in black provides plenty of wire for each sized application to install the HydroSaver.

What does this technology work on?
All cars, trucks, suv's, crossovers, and vans that run on gasoline or diesel no matter how new or old and regardless of the size or power of your engine you can benefit from this technology. Hydrogen is 3x more explosive than gasoline and by adding it to your engine it automatically raises the over-all octane rating of fuel that your engine is running on. That means even if you use the lowest grade fuel your vehicle will run as if you used premium fuel or better. Hydrogen also helps clean the carbon deposits on the inside of your engine which can further help your vehicle run better and experience longer life.
How does this technology work?
To put it simply you are using your vehicles extra electrical output to split water into its core elements which is hydrogen and oxygen. Once the water has been split it is then sucked into the engine using your engines intake system. The hydrogen and oxygen gases are then sucked into the cylinders and mixed with gasoline. Once the spark plug ignites this combination the hydrogen really takes off. Hydrogen is 3x more explosive than gasoline and gasoline is highly inefficient where as hydrogen is not. By adding a more explosive gas to your engine it not only helps the combustion process take place more powerfully but it also helps the engine use a higher percentage of the gasoline than it normally could. Gasoline and diesel engines do not run on gasoline or diesel liquid but on the vapor from these fuels. The carburetor and fuel injection systems are made to vaporize the liquid fuel and mix it with air but they do a poor job. Because they do a poor job the catalytic converter was installed in modern vehicles as a way to clean the exhaust of unused gasoline that didn't get turned into vapor and therefore didn't detonate. With HHO in the system a higher percentage of gasoline is burned so the vehicle will require less gasoline to do the job.
All this sounds complicated; how do I use it?
This may sound complicated but nonetheless the installation and maintenance is easy. Approximately once a month you will need to fill your hydrogen generator with distilled water and either a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda or Potassium Hydroxide. That's it!!! That's all you have to do to get 20 to 60% better fuel economy! It can be beneficial to clean out the generator every few months, but even that's easy! Easy to follow instructions for installation and maintenance are included.

This system is GUARANTEED to produce HHO. If the HydroSaver does not produce HHO or if you are unsatisfied you can return the unit within 30 days for a full refund.
If your vehicle is fuel injected and newer than 1995 it may need a MAP/MAF sensor enhancer which you can get for around $30, or an inexpensive o2 sensor extender for only a few dollars. You can find both of these on eBay and they will be added to our eBay store soon.
