C: "Here's my ticket, inspector, but I have a problem."

E: Thank you for your ticket but what problem do you have? How can
I help you ?

C: I must change seat .

E: Why ? I don't understand you

C: I am sitting in smoking section but I am not smoker so I would like to
change my seat.

E: It is rather imposible now because in cariage second class I havent
got free seat for non smoking. May be later I find anything for you.

C: But it is very important for me. I am ill when I seat in smoking section
I have never smoke cigaretes.

E: Hm..... What can I do? I know . If you want I will find seat for you in
carriage first class but you will pay extra charge about 10 zlotych?

C: I don't agree sir . When I was buying ticket in a ticket office I said that
I want to buy a ticket for non - smoking. However , a women in the
ticket office made mistake and sold me bad ticket.

E: Yes I see but you have to pay more because ticket in first class is more
expensive than a ticket in second - class. I can't do any exept.

C: All right . I will pay extra charge because I must change the seat. It is
very important for my health.
