C: I can understand it but I think you should move closer to the city centre and maybe change a doctor.

C: Furthemore I consider you talk too much at work and you have lots private phone calls. Could you explain this to me?
E: As a matter of fact I'm a very sociable person and I have a lot of friends.
C: I'm sorry but should cut down your private phone calls and I'm not interested in your private life. Please talk to your friends after regular work not during it.

C: What else. Ah yes. I noticed you are getting bad tempered and you dedicate to much time for sitting in front of computer and playing computer games.
