I live in Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą. I arrived there eight years ago. The town is located in the Central Poland on the left riverside of Pilica, 75 kilometers sought of Warsaw. The town is situated on the hilly terrain. The town is very small but quite nice.
It isn't an industrial city, so the air is very clean. My family go for a walk every weekend. During the walk I talk with my wife about our plans and history ours town.
History: There was a settlement on the ambler rout over 2000 years. Nowe Miasto was founded in 1400 by prince Siemowit 4th. There was a fashionable spa town in the 19th century. Many people visited Nowe Miasto at the time. They was cured of illnesses such as tuberculosis and they drank mineral water.
I think it is a nice town with same things to see. In the center Nowe Miasto is a square and a park. There are two old churches from the 18th centaury. There are a palace and vantage point in the park. From the vantage point on the hill, I could see the neighborhood of Nowe Miasto. There are many forests, meadows and the valley of Pilica. It's beautiful a beautiful view.
There are three restaurant, four school, a few shops, a market, a hospital, four chemist's, four banks, a police station, a post office, a bus station in the Nowe Miasto.
Advantages of living in my town are peace, quiet, clean, no pollution, a beautiful view, a lot of open space, however our town has disadvantages. Disadvantages of living in Nowe Miasto are absence
